Our aim is to help you grow in Christ so that you can help others do the same. By your willingness to participate in this spiritual inventory it is clear that you desire that as well! We praise God for His work in you! Before your personalized discipleship plan can be developed, you will need to complete this brief spiritual inventory. It should take 15-30 minutes to work through all of the sections. Only our leadership team will have access to your responses. At the conclusion of your personal inventory, you will have the opportunity to schedule a follow-up pastoral meeting to discuss your answers and develop your Personalized Discipleship Plan. We look forward to flourishing together as we cling to Christ and discover that He is better than everything in every way!

THE FIVE SPACES OF DISCIPLESHIP AT CORNERSTONE

Discipleship at Cornerstone happens in five spaces: Sunday Worship, Abide, Personal Discipleship, Growth Groups, and Flourish Fellowships. The following sections provide a description of what each space is, as well as corresponding questions. These questions will help you assess your current involvement in these five spaces of discipleship while helping you discover new ways you might like to grow in the upcoming year.

THE "SUNDAY WORSHIP" SPACE

The "Sunday Worship" space refers to our gathering as God’s people on Sundays to worship Him through prayer, singing, giving, preaching, and communion. At 10:00am every Lord's Day, this weekly space affords us the opportunity to glorify God and grow in Christ. As we respond to God's truth in corporate worship reverently, thoughtfully, and prayerfully, we are personally challenged, convicted, comforted, and encouraged.

THE "ABIDE" SPACE

The "Abide" space focuses on your connection to Christ through daily time spent in His word followed by a quiet reflection, journaling, and prayer. Remember this is God's time to personally disciple you! Flourishing is dependent on spending time alone with God every day above all else and before all else. Jesus said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5).

THE "PERSONAL DISCIPLESHIP" SPACE

The "Personal Discipleship" space refers to regular times of focused, transparent fellowship with 1-5 others. These intentional meetings happen 2-4 times per month with the goal of discussing your daily walk with God and spurring you on to Christlikeness. Whether in the middle of the week at a home, Auxano, a coffee shop, or during one of our Sunday service times while your children are in Children’s Ministry, being discipled and making disciples is an integral part of every flourishing disciple's life.

THE "GROWTH GROUP" SPACE

The "Growth Group" space refers to groups of 6-15 people that meet every other week and center around one of the following criteria: sermon application, your daily walk with God, or a specific topic. These groups may be co-ed, gender-specific, or designed for people in the same stage of life (e.g., young adults, marriage/familied, etc). These groups offer helpful accountability in the Christian life and provide you with opportunities to enjoy gospel-centered community with others from Cornerstone.

The "Flourish Fellowships" space refers to groups of over 15 people that meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Each meeting emphasizes biblical instruction, application, prayer, and fellowship. This space provides yet another opportunity to experience a community focused on flourishing together.
